Cada ao aumenta la cantidad de los premios entregados en el festival.

En Rusia hay varios festivales dedicados al debut de jvenes cineastas. El certamen principal de esta orientacin es el llamado Espritu del Fuego, celebrado desde 2003 en la ciudad de Janti Mansiisk, Siberia Occidental. El festival premia solo a los debutantes en el cine.
